The African Adventure
A 6-night tailor-made adventure for women who are yet to experience the magic of Safri in South Africa. This trip is designed to show you the beauty of the natural world on multiple game drives, where we're sure to see plenty of wildlife, including Elephants, Zebras, Lions and Springbok. We'll stay in a privately acquired traditional South African Game Lodge.
Experiences
Included in the trip will be South African Wine tasting, multiple Game drives and a traditional South African Brai.
After the Burnt orange sky turns dark, we'll spend evenings around the fire listening to the animals and surrounded by stars.
Inner Peace
Being in such an expansive place, it's the perfect time to try and practice Yoga, find a quiet space in your mind with Meditation and with Kate - qualified and Proven Hypnotherapy to support relaxation and Sleep during the trip.
As it is a retreat of self-discovery, sessions will be run by Ceri and Kate of how we think about ourselves, covering subjects of self worth, nourishment, identity and freedom. Please be aware that this isn't like many other business retreats where every minute is scheduled for you, it's also about reflection and relaxation...Hence the pool!
