AI adoption is outpacing AI understanding
Artificial Intelligence isn’t coming, it’s already here, and it’s growing faster than most people realise.
Most teams are already using AI tools like ChatGPT in their day-to-day work, yet surveys show that while around 74% of employees use AI regularly, only about 33% have received any formal training , meaning many are adopting it without guidance on safe or effective use.
At the same time, roughly half of companies report inadequate skills to leverage AI, and more than half of tech leaders say their teams lack basic AI skills or understanding altogether.
Your teams are using it. Your competitors are experimenting with it.
The real question isn’t whether AI will matter, it’s whether your organisation is doing it safely, ethically, and well, and whether your people are equipped to get real value from it.
I work with micro businesses, SMEs, and organisations across different sectors to build confidence, clarity, and responsibility around AI. I do this in an engaging, human way, without blinding your people with computer science, I'm focusing instead on practical use, real risks, and responsible adoption.
